Crossover bender for mandrel bending - COB 18

The Crossover bender Mod. COB 18 is a machine used to make a product called “RETURN BENDS”.

The bend is performed with the aid of a mandrel that can have different shapes, according to the radius, thickness, diameter and material of the tube.

The saw blade of the machinery has a special mechanical movement that permits to achieve different bends, not only 180°.

If required, the COB 18 can bend more tubes at the same time (with same diameter) and the number of tracks depends to the tube diameter and thickness.
